How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond all messages and emails on a first-come, first-served basis. Most inquiries are responded to within 24 hours during our regular business hours.

Is it possible to update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us right away at support@hausofjawhar.com with your name and order number. We’ll make every effort to update it, but once your order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

Our processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Orders are handled from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

What if a product I ordered is currently unavailable or on backorder?

If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you by email and provide an estimated restock date. If restocking is expected to take more than two weeks, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item(s).
